Propose a New Proposal

To post a proposal you must first select a Region (Index) for where the posting is applicable.  For a posting which must be decided at the Federal Level, you select USA.  A new pane opens allowing you to select a State. However, if the posting is applicable to the entire US, then just click on the “new topic” button to post directly.  Otherwise, select a State and then post or select a County and then post.
